After school. Football conditioning. Military dumbell presses. 3 sets of 8. 20 pound dumbells (hella weak hahaha) 50 push ups. 70 sit ups. 3 sets of 8 Mornings. 3sets of 8 Barbell jump press.
later this evening. Played basketball in backyard aone(loner xD)
